Directly buy products from IP-COM Networks Co., Ltd and prohibit from selling products to end users without IP-COM’s authorized permission.

Recruit and manage tier 2, 3 partners to achieve the regional market target and assist IP-COM in managing and supporting tier2, 3, including logistics, pre-sales technological service, finance, post-sale technological service and other support.

Attend the marketing activities with IP-COM and support the market development of tier 2, 3.

VAP:

Being a major partner of IP-COM Networks Co., Ltd in industry markets and promise to achieve the target for related industry and customers of IP-COM Networks Co., Ltd.

Directly buy products from IP-COM Networks Co., Ltd and prohibit of selling related products to tier 2, 3 without IP-COM’s authorized permission.

Assist IP-COM to develop new customers, seize opportunities and win key project.

Provide technical, solution and marketing support to industry users.

SI/SP, ISP:

Being a major partner of IP-COM Networks Co., Ltd in regional markets and promise to achieve the target for related industry and customers of IP-COM’s Co., Ltd.

Assist IP-COM to develop new customers, seize opportunities and win key project.

Provide technical, solution and marketing support for end users

Directly sell products to end users and prohibit from selling products to tier 2 without IP-COM authorized permission.
